We perform:

• Warranty and post-warranty repair
• Delivery of spare parts for the whole list of products

Engineers of CJSC Group of companies "CHEMAGREGAT" has a large experience in equipment diagnostics so malfunctions detection may be performed not only with the specialists on-site visits but also as a result of negotiations with the customer representatives (usually, providing pictures of the units out of order).

The repair is performed:

• With CJSC Group of companies "CHEMAGREGAT" specialists visit at the enterprise and correcting the malfunction in situ.
• With sending the faulty equipment to the repair base located in Voronezh.
• With the repair mechanical productions and workshops of the customer enterprises. We may give a permission for repair by the enterprise during the warranty period; in this case. the expenses for its performance are paid by our party and the warranty period remains valid.
